After practicing as a general dentist for multiple years for Ministry of Health, Oman. Dr. Aboobacker relocated to Tauranga, New Zealand in 2010. He worked as an associate dentist for Team dental in Tauranga for a period of three years before buying into Wellington Street Dental Group, in Papakura. Since then he has also opened a practice in Pukekohe.

Dr. Khader Aboobacker is a firm believer in patient “management” rather than just “treatment” which comes with educating the patient. He spends much of his free time studying innovative new techniques to help patients improve their smiles, through the use of cosmetic procedures such as porcelain and composite veneers, crowns and bridges and implant dentistry. He has a strong interest in surgical removal of impacted wisdom teeth.

Conveniently located in central Papakura, Dr. Aboobacker is committed to providing his patients with personalized care, efficient service & state-of-the-art dentistry. He is a gentle and understanding professional who will listen to your questions & concerns and work with you on a comprehensive treatment plan to uncover your best smile.

Dr Kaur successfully completed the Australian Dental Council (ADC) Licensing Examinations in 2026, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining high professional standards and expanding her dental career internationally.

She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles. Dr Kaur believes in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment, taking the time to listen to her patients and understand their individual needs. Her gentle and friendly approach helps patients feel at ease throughout their dental visits.

Outside of dentistry, Dr Kaur enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, exploring new places and cultures, and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.

Nothing is too big or small and I take great pride in making our patients feel comfortable. I bring a happy demeanour and fun sense of humour to his role.

Prior to this job, I worked in Graphic Arts and a range of administrative roles, which necessitates an eye for detail and good organisational skills, to which I bring to this current role.

She then took a break and worked as a Real Estate agent for a few years. She also worked as a temp staff with Medacs as a temp dental assistant.

Reinka is very passionate in the dental field and she has joined Omega Dental Clinic as a permanent part time dental assistant.

Although currently working as a Dental Assistant while she prepares to undertake the New Zealand Dental Registration Examination, Feba continues to enjoy every aspect of her work and the opportunity to contribute to patients’ dental care.

Friendly, dedicated and enthusiastic, Feba takes great pride in creating a welcoming experience for patients and supporting the team in providing high-quality dental care. She is passionate about dentistry and looks forward to continuing to grow her career within the New Zealand dental community.
