Night mouth guards are the recommended approach for preventing damage for individuals who suffer from teeth grinding at night.

Ongoing teeth grinding behaviour, often known as bruxism, can lead to long-term damage to teeth. This can be easily prevented. To minimise and reduce any likelihood of damage, you may simply require a special type of mouth guard, which dentists call a ‘nocturnal bite plate’ or ‘bite splint’.
